The information set out in this page are the terms and conditions for purchasing items from Bugski Designs. Please read the information carefully and feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. By agreeing to purchase an item from Bugski, you are taken to have read and understood the information on this page.
payment
All amounts on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Our preferred method of payment is paypal (www.paypal.com.au). However, we are also happy to accept payment by direct deposit, cheque or money order.
delivery
We deliver orders within Australia at a standard rate of $9.95. We use Australia Post for all deliveries. For overseas orders, please contact us and we will provide you with a quote for delivery.
returns
Bugski takes great pride and care in ensuring customer satisfaction. If your order is damaged in transit anyway, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of your order. Bugski will require you to return the damaged item (including packaging) and if fault is accepted, will replace your damaged item.
quality of artworks
There may be slight variations in colour between an artwork displayed on this site and the actual product delivered to you.
custom orders
We are very happy to accept requests to customise artwork. Please contact us to discuss your request.

Bugski Designs respects your privacy. Bugski will only use your personal information for the purpose for which you provided it to us. Bugski respects your privacy and will not disclose any personal information supplied by you for any other purpose without your prior consent, unless required by law.
